Now, I know what you are thinking. This is not a workout that will kill you, trust me. In fact, it will do exactly the opposite. It will invigorate you and get you pumped for the day. If you do this workout bright and early in the morning you will have a greater sense of awareness all day.

This workout doubles as both cardio and resistance training. You can perform it everyday if you use a light weight. Go through each move as fast as you safely can and then move on to the next exercise. Here is how to do it:

Jumping Jacks- 20 reps
Pushups- 20 reps
Prison Squats- 20 reps
Leg Raises- 20 reps
Crunches- 20 reps
Curls- 20 reps (10 reps each arm)
Bent Over Rows- 20 reps
Mountain Climbers- 20 reps
Alternating Shoulder Presses- 20 reps (10 reps each arm)
Lunges- 20 reps
Jumprope- 3:00
(Repeat once)
This workout should take you about 20-25 minutes. Every time you attempt this workout you should aim to lower the amount of time that it takes to complete it.
