This workout doubles as both cardio and resistance training. You can perform it everyday if you use a light weight. Go through each move as fast as you safely can and then move on to the next exercise. Here is how to do it:
Jumping Jacks- 20 repsPushups- 20 repsPrison Squats- 20 repsLeg Raises- 20 repsCrunches- 20 repsCurls- 20 reps (10 reps each arm)Bent Over Rows- 20 repsMountain Climbers- 20 repsAlternating Shoulder Presses- 20 reps (10 reps each arm)Lunges- 20 repsJumprope- 3:00(Repeat once)
This workout should take you about 20-25 minutes. Every time you attempt this workout you should aim to lower the amount of time that it takes to complete it.
